To make our psychology programmes easy to understand we like to break them down into three categories, based on the main areas of interest people have when they come to train with us:

- These programmes are for people who are ambitious and who are committed to being out of the ordinary.

- These programmes are for existing practitioners and new students who wish to help others professionally.

What does Peak Performance involve?
All programmes focus on developing your skills in three areas; Achievement, Balance and Communication, also known as the ABCs of Success™.
Depending on the programme you choose you will attend live training, participate in online support forums and have private consultancy.
The approach is based on the simple but powerful principle of proactive, rather than just reactive, training. You will find that while there may be areas of your life in which you know you need to improve, there are often many areas that need a lot of improvement but we simply haven't identified them yet.
To overcome this Peak Performance allows you to assess your life and 'model' the abilities of people who are already successful in order to develop and apply a measurable action plan to make sure that you are succeeding in terms of your external goals, wealth, emotional wellbeing, health, relationships and social life.
